This Refund Policy applies to paid digital services provided by Life and Technology Joint Stock Company (LIANTE .,JSC) through app.lat.vn (the "LAT Dashboard" and related subscriptions, licenses, plan upgrades, add-ons, and credits), and separately to the #IFLMMO training program. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase. By making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

All sales are final (app.lat.vn services)

Our services on app.lat.vn, including the VIP membership, are digital and access is provisioned immediately after payment. For this reason, all fees paid for app.lat.vn services are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds once a service has been purchased or a billing period has started, including for:

The VIP membership is a one-time purchase that gives lifetime access to our software features, courses, and an AffiliateCMS license. It is a software and educational-content product only: it does not promise, guarantee, or represent any specific income, earnings, or business results, and it does not include any money-back or income guarantee.

• partial billing periods, unused time, or remaining days after cancellation;
• plan downgrades (no refund or credit is issued for the price difference);
• accidental purchases, change of mind, or failure to use the service;
• account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of our Terms of Use.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining period.

Limited exceptions required by law and payment rules

Notwithstanding the "all sales final" rule above, and in order to comply with applicable law and the policies of our payment providers (including PayPal), we will review and, where verified, honor the following:

• Unauthorized transactions: if a payment was made from your account or payment method without authorization, contact us immediately so we can investigate.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges: if you were charged more than once for the same item, or charged in error due to a technical fault on our side, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount.
• Mandatory consumer rights: where applicable consumer protection law (for example in the EU/EEA) grants a non-waivable refund or withdrawal right, we comply with that law.
• Service not delivered: if a paid feature is entirely unavailable due to a fault on our side and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit or refund.

These limited exceptions exist because buyer protections offered by payment providers and statutory consumer rights cannot be waived by contract.

If you have any billing concern, please contact us first through our Support Center or at [email protected] with your name, the email used at purchase, and your transaction reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days and resolve eligible issues promptly. Most issues can be settled directly and faster than a payment dispute, so we kindly ask that you reach out to us before filing a PayPal dispute or chargeback.

#IFLMMO 1-1 coaching program (separate, not sold on app.lat.vn)

The #IFLMMO 1-1 coaching program is a personal mentoring service that is completely separate from the app.lat.vn VIP membership. It has its own tuition and enrollment terms, and is paid only by bank transfer or cash, never through PayPal or app.lat.vn. It is governed by its own agreement, including:

• Group and standard 1-1 packages: non-refundable once the program has started, because access to course materials, community, and 1-1 sessions is granted immediately.
• 1-1 coaching with money-back option: an optional coaching package whose terms (such as a conditional tuition refund tied to progress and program requirements) are agreed in the separate coaching contract at enrollment. This option is not available on app.lat.vn and is not part of the VIP membership.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
