These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, content, and services operated by Life and Technology Joint Stock Company (LIANTE .,JSC) ("LAT", "we", "us"), including the LAT Dashboard and related paid services at app.lat.vn. By using our websites or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make a purchase.
All articles, reviews, comparisons, and product details are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Content may not address your specific circumstances and is not a substitute for professional advice. Any action you take based on our content is at your own risk.

Paid services on app.lat.vn are billed on a one-time or recurring (subscription) basis, as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal; by paying, you also agree to the applicable provider's terms. Prices are stated before purchase and may change for future billing periods with notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your selected payment method until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the recurring fee. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or terminate access to the paid service until the balance is resolved.
All sales of app.lat.vn services are final and non-refundable, except for the limited cases described in our Refund Policy (such as unauthorized or duplicate charges and rights that cannot be waived under applicable law). Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
If you have a billing concern, contact us first through our Support Center so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or for a charge that is valid under these Terms and our Refund Policy, may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You agree not to misuse the services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, reselling access without permission, scraping at scale, or using the services for unlawful purposes.

Prices, promotions, and availability of products reviewed on our sites are set by retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart and may change or expire at any time without notice. Always verify current pricing and stock on the retailer's official website before purchasing.
Our websites, content, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability. Nothing on our platforms constitutes legal, tax, investment, financial, or medical advice, or an offer to buy or sell any securities or financial instruments.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. Fees already paid are non-refundable in these cases, as set out in our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
